The ride starts with a pleasant run along the River Towy in Carmarthen before heading through rural Carmarthenshire and into the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Here you'll pass some stunning scenery including the Presili Hills (below) and enjoy a lovely stretch along the river Gwaun taking you into coastal
Fishguard
where you finish by the docks.
