This route is the first leg of the magnificent
Hadrians Cycleway
-a 174 mile National Cycle Network route running through Cumbria, Northumberland and Tyneside.
The first part of this route follows the coast from
Ravenglass
, passing through the coastal town of
Seascale
. You then head inland to Egremont where you cross the River Ehen which you then follow to Moor Row.
