This route forms the 2nd leg of the magnificent Hadrians Cycleway-a 174 mile National Cycle Network route running through Cumbria, Northumberland and Tyneside.
Highlights on the route include the splendid views of the Solway Firth around Silloth, a lovely run along the River Eden through Carlisle and of course the views of Hadrian's Wall particularly as you pass through the beautiful Northumberland National Park.

The Reivers Route passes through Carlisle. The popular coast to coast ride crosses the country from Whitehaven to Tynemouth. The signed trail runs mostly along National Cycle Route 10.
