Ballysaggart Black Lough Dungannon Walk
1.2 miles (2 km)This walk visits Ballysaggart or Black Lough in the town of Dungannon, County Tyrone.
The lake is located just south of the town. On the western side there's a good sized parking area where you can start your walk.... From here you can pick up pleasant lakeside trails heading around a large part of the lake.
There's some lovely view over the water to the surrounding countryside on the trail. It's also great for wildlife with Eurasian curlew, Eurasian teal and hen harrier, mallard, Eurasian wigeon, common goldeneye and whooper swan to look out for on the water.
You can continue your lakeside walking at the nearby Brantry Lough.
