Cwm Rhaeadr Waterfall Walk

This circular walk explores the Cwm Rhaeadr Forest in Carmarthenshire. The forest has a series of peaceful woodland trails with waterfalls on the Nant Rhaeadr to see as well.
The woods are located in the lovely Tywi Valley near Llandovery.... There's lots of woodland wildlife, huge conifers and pretty bluebells to see in the spring months.
You can start your walk from the forestry car park and follow the paths north to view the falls. The falls are an impressive sight being the highest in Carmarthenshire.
The area additionally includes waymarked mountain bike trails.
After your walk you could pop into nearby Rhandirmwyn and enjoy refreshments at the Royal Oak Inn.
