Dunmallard Hill Walk

This circular walk climbs to Dunmallard Hill in Pooley Bridge in the Lake District.
You can start the walk from the public car park in Pooley Bridge and then follow the road west over the river to the hill. There's a circular footpath that will then take you around the hill top which stands at around 775 feet (236 m) and includes woodland trails and an Iron Age Hillfort.... Features on the hill includes springtime bluebells, possible sightings of roe deer and some fine views over Ullswater Lake.
You can extend the walk on the Pooley Bridge to Aira Force Walk.
