Point of Sleat Lighthouse Walk

This walk visits the lighthouse at the Point of Sleat at the southernmost point of Skye.
The walk starts from the car park at the Aird of Sleat and follows trails west to the lighthouse.... On the way you will pass the stunning sandy beach at Camas Daraich before coming to the lighthouse which was originally built in 1934 and later modified. It's a great area for wildlife with marine mammals and sea birds to look out for. Along the way there are also mountain views, wonderful tall cliffs, interesting rock formations and fabulous coastal views to the nearby islands of Eigg and Rum.
