Thames Path Erith to Dartford and Gravesend

This walk follows the Thames Path, the Darent Valley Path and the England coast path from Erith to Dartford and Gravesend. Its an easy walk which runs for about 17 miles along flat, waymarked paths.
Starting in Erith you first follow the Thames Path east to the Cray Riverway which can be followed south towards Crayford and Dartford.... You then head past Dartford Marshes to rejoin the Thames, following the England Coast Path east to Stone, Swanscombe, Northfleet and Gravesend where you finish by the piers.
