There's great views over the water to the surrounding mountains.
You can continue your walking by visiting the nearby Killary Fjord or the historic Kylemore Abbey.

Taken looking east along the south shore of Lough Fee. A large outwash fan can be seen projecting into the lough and this has provided some level ground for a homestead and trees.
