The Knock of Crieff Circular Walk

2.2 miles (3.5 km)

This circular walk climbs to The Knock of Crieff in the Perthshire town of Crieff.
The walk can be started from the Knock car park on the northern outskirts of the town.... The route follows well-maintained woodland trails that rise steadily through mixed forest before reaching open ground near the summit. From the top, there are excellent views over Strathearn, taking in the River Earn, the surrounding farmland, and the distant peaks of the Highlands.
The woodland itself is home to a variety of birds and seasonal wildflowers, making it an enjoyable walk at any time of year. The paths are clearly marked and suitable for most abilities, offering a peaceful escape close to the town centre. Ben Chonzie can be seen to the northwest, and Crieff’s historic streets and nearby Glenturret Distillery are also within easy reach for a longer day out.
To continue your walking in the area pick up Lady Mary's Walk for an easy riverside stroll in the town.
