Guildford to Gomshall Walk

This walk runs from Guildford to Gomshall in Surrey. The route runs for about 7 miles following the North Downs Way east from Guildford.
The well-signposted trail sets off east from Guildford, making it easy to begin from the nearby car park close to Chantry Wood.... Early in the walk, the route starts to climb towards the prominent St Martha's Hill, where the historic hilltop church offers superb views stretching over the scenic Surrey Hills.
As you follow the route further, the trail winds elegantly through a series of attractive woodlands, occasionally opening out to reveal stunning viewpoints across the North Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
At Netley Park you descend to the village of Gomshall where the walk finishes.
