Larkhill to Stonehenge Free Walk

This walk follows Byway 12 from Larkhill to the world famous Stonehenge.
You can start the walk from the town centre and head south to pick up the bridleway track at Durrington Down Farm. This will take you to the viewpoint where you can see the stones for free without paying for entry to the site.
On the way you can enjoy some lovely views over Salisbury Plain and stop to read the useful information boards which detail the history of the site.
You can explore the site further on the Stonehenge Free Circular Walk or by visiting the nearby Woodhenge.
