Rye to Dungeness Walk

This walk takes you from Rye to Dungeness. The route uses the most direct paths passing along the beach to Dungeness. It runs for a distance of just over 11 miles.
Please note there is a section along the foreshore of Lydd Ranges which is only accessible on days where the red flags are not showing.
Starting in Rye the route heads east past the lovely Camber Sands before coming to the shingle beach next to the power station. Continue east and you will come to the old lighthouse and the nature reserve where you can look out for a wide variety of wildlife.
