Whitchurch On Thames Goring Heath and Collins End Circular Walk

This walk from Whitchurch On Thames visits Goring Heath and the woodland at Collins End.
Start the walk in the village and then head east past the vineyard towards Hardwick House before heading north west through the woods to Collins End. There's miles of peaceful woodland trails here with lots of bluebells to see in the spring months.
The route then heads past the pleasant rural scenery at Goring Heath and Whitchurch Hill. From the high points there are some splendid views over the countryside to the River Thames. The walk then returns to the riverside village where you can enjoy refreshments in the garden of The Greyhound Inn (postcode RG8 7EL).
You can continue your walking by heading east along the Thames to visit the historic Mapledurham House.
