You start by Three Bridges train station in Crawley and head east to East Grinstead along the traffic free Worth Way.
Another off road section along the Forest Way takes you onto Groombridge - this follows the trackbed of a disused railway line and has views of the River Medway.
You then continue through Eridge and Mayfield before joining the traffic free Cuckoo Trail at Heathfield.
