Local walking highlights include the lakeside trails at Astbury Mere Country Park and the Cheshire Ring Canal Walk along the Trent and Mersey Canal to the west. There's also the historic properties of Little Moreton Hall and Rode Hall where you can explore beautiful grounds and gardens.
This walk from the villages take you through the countryside to the nearby Little Moreton Hall. The National Trust owned moated manor house dates back to the 16th century. The unusually shaped property has some fascinating history and lovely gardens to explore.
