Guildford to Dorking Walk

This walk follows a section of the North Downs Way from Guildford to Dorking in Surrey.
The walk runs for 12.5 miles, following the waymarked trail east from Guildford. You can start from the car park near Chantry Wood and then head east to climb to St Martha's Hill.
The route then passes through several areas of woodland with some fine views over the Downs from the clearer sections. Near Dorking you will also pass through the vineyard at Denbies Hillside and the expansive Ranmore Common.
Cyclists can travel between the two towns on the Guildford to Dorking Cycle Route.
