This challenging the ride takes you along NCN route 47 through the beautiful Welsh Valleys.
Much of this ride is traffic free with highlights including a lovely stretch along the River Towy at the start and the delightful
National Botanic Gardens of Wales
. There are also views of the Swiss Valley Reservoir and a splendid run along the coastal path at Llanelli.
