The site has some particularly�rich woodland with wildlife including birds, reptiles, dragonflies and butterflies. There's also pretty wildlowers with bluebells and orchids to see during the warmer months. The reserve includes a car park where you can pick up the trails.

Bowdown Woods is a nature reserve south of Thatcham in Berkshire. It is managed by the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust. It is part of the Bowdown and Chamberhouse Woods Site of Special Scientific Interest.
