This walk takes you along a popular section of the Thames Path from Cookham to Maidenhead in Berkshire.
It's about a 3 mile walk, heading south along the flat waymarked path from Cookham. As you walk you can enjoy some fine views over the water to the surrounding countryside. You'll also pass close to the historic Cliveden House which is located on the opposite side of the river.

Lulle Brook. This is the mouth of the Lulle Brook, one of the branches of the Thames past Formosa Island. The house in the trees is Formosa Place, well off the beaten track by land and virtually impossible to sea from the water.
