This route takes you through the Gap of Mamore in Urris - a scenic valley located to the west of the parish of Clonmany, in County Donegal.
In the Gap you will find a narrow, quiet road suitable for both walking and cycling. The trail will take you past Mamore Hill to the coast at Dunaff Bay on the stunning Inishowen Peninsula, the largest peninsula on the island of Ireland. The route then continues east to finish at Rockstown Bay.
To extend your outing heading north to visit Malin Head, the most northerly point of mainland Ireland. The scenic spot is also well known as a filming location for the Star Wars movies.
