The route passes through various woodlands, including Carrickgollogan and Barnaslingan Woods. Along the way, you'll also see the former Ballycorus Lead Mine, a significant industrial heritage site.
From the top of Carrickgollogan Hill, the walk provides stunning panoramic views of Killiney Bay, Bray Head, the Little and Great Sugar Loaf Mountains, and the wider Dublin and Wicklow Mountains.
