Weymouth to Portland Walk

This walk takes you from Weymouth to the Isle of Portland in Dorset. The route then continues to the Portland Bill lighthouse at the southern end of the island.
The walk starts on the sea front in Weymouth and follows the waymarked footpath south along the beach to Nothe Point. You continue past Sandsfoot Castle before turning south east to cross to the Isle of Portland.
The trail then continues south along the island's coast before reaching Portland Bill. Along the way there are wonderful views over Portland Harbour to the Jurassic Coast.
