This ride starts near the quay in Hartlepool and follows National Cycle Route 14 to Seaham.
The route follows an off road track for most of the way and passes near Peterlee and Hetton-Le-Hole before finishing close to the harbour at Seham.
At Hetton you will pass the lovely Hetton Lyons Country Park. There's a nice lakeside cycling trail and a cafe to visit in this pretty park.
