Tutshill Greenway

0.9 miles (1.4 km)

Ordnance Survey Map Open Streetmap This walk or cycle follows the Tutshill Greenway in Somerset.
The Greenway is a one-mile, traffic-free path for pedestrians, cyclists, and equestrians, forming part of the Pier to Pier Cycle Route. It follows the disused track bed of the former Weston, Clevedon & Portishead Railway, crossing the Congresbury Yeo and Oldbridge rivers near Wick St Lawrence via sluice crossings. These crossings feature wooden screening and observation points to protect local birdlife, which includes significant overwintering populations of Redshank, Dunlin, Curlew, and Shelduck. Please note there's no parking, and the surrounding lanes are very narrow, so do not drive to the Greenway.
