Bosley Locks 9 and 10, Macclesfield Canal. Lock 9 is seen here across the pound from Lock 10. It is notable that the top gates of all the Bosley flight are paired mitre gates. Although this is commonplace on wide locks and river locks, it is highly unusual on narrow locks.
