Great Limber Walks

9 miles (14 km)

This historic Lincolnshire based village is surrounded by some attractive countryside and woodland.
The interesting settlement also includes a noteworthy 13th century church and the Brocklesby Estate where there is a yearly country fair in June.
This fairly flat walk from the village follows country lanes and footpaths south east to visit the neighbouring village of Irby Upon Humber. On the way there's some lovely country views with a woodland section through Dales Wood near the end.
To extend the walk you could pick up the Wanderlust Way south of Irby. The popular circular walk explores the countryside of the Lincolnshire Wolds AONB.
